Please Help! My family keeps telling me I need to lose weight!!?? I feel like a disappointment!?

Dont just eat 2 tablespoons of applesause thats so not healthy. It could lead to eating disorders. the easiest way is to make sure you dont go over your calories and eat healthy foods and get enough out of the nutritional group. avoid sodium, sugar and fatty foods itll work so much. it would also work if u just walked a mile each day its really not that long and itll give a great end result :)
