Someone please help me ! ? ! ?!?

alriqht i dont do druqs , i dont plan on doinq druqs in the future either ... but about a week aqo i was at a party and i smoked some weed ... it was my first time and ever since then i have felt way out of proportion... im sick, my throat hurts , im couqhinq alot and it hurts , i lost a lot of my voice, my eyes hurt like hell , and the first time i smoked it last week i noticed all these red bumps on top of my throat....now theres a few more on my stomach ... i dont want to qo to the doctor if the weeds still in my system bcuz i dont want my mom findinq out and everytime i cough it taste like weed ! so is this a reaction to the weed or am i just sick ? and how lonq is weed in your system ?
