Are Channel or Bullhead Catfish the same thing as Horned Pout?

Well..Horned Pout is what we call brown Bullheads here where I live in eastern Canada-and I've heard folks from Maine refer to them by that name.Channel cats and Bullheads are entirely different though-Channel Cats get MUCH bigger.The world record Channel cat is 58 pounds..the record Bullhead is 7 and a half pounds.
