I keep qettin pains in my stomach, any ideas ? ?

Okay well I qet these sharp pains in my lower stomach & they last bout 5 mins. They come & qo when they want & sometimes I qet qas because of it . The pain stays in the same place usally & I defently kno I'm not pregnant, I'm still a virgin. So theirs no way. They want me to qet a vaginal exam to make sure theirs no assists but I dnt want him to pop me, apparentyly that cause a lot of pain & that's very violating & ill feel very unconfurtable. Help mee someonee ! Please tell me , what should I do ?
