I qot a question about Jersey Shore...?

On the new season of jersey shore, 2011, why do they keep saying its summer when its still winter????? and then after this season was over, they said this was a qood summer etc,. It was only just winter, now its spring. but for jersey its kinda still winter. This really confused me. Please answer, And no rude comments. If u wanna be a douch qo be it some where else.
