Recently thought i was pregnant but?

Found out that I am not, which surprised both my boyfriend and I because we found ourselves disappointed by this. We know that we are young(21) and that financially we are nowhere ready to raise a child the way that we would like to. But I have something called endometrious (sp?) which may make it very very hard for me to conceive, the longer that we wait, the smaller my chance of being able to conceive. I guess my question is, we are right for waiting...right? and is there anyway to idk cheer ourselves up from this disappointment?
